SRE DevOps - The Model of Automatic Software Development and Delivery Processes

Abstract
Abstract - The article presents the SRE DevOps organization model. The model combines DevOps organization structures, software development and delivery processes, and Site Reliability Engineering principles. The model responds to the observed cascade development processes of the DevOps organization. These processes become the cause of conflicts between the two functional teams: application development and IT operations. These teams have many managers and pursue separate goals. Therefore, model building aims to solve these problems by identifying, implementing, and automating development and delivery processes.
