Automated Solutions for Data Management: A UiPath RPA-driven Approach to Streamline ID Extraction and Database Integration

Abstract
In the current global landscape, the majority of industries have transitioned to digital operations. However, certain sectors continue to experience delays and manual interventions. In this context, our research focuses on a specific case within the hotel sector. Challenges arise when it comes to storing guest identity proofs in the portal database. This is due to the significant storage demands and time necessary for handling crucial identity verification of data such as Aadhar cards. In this research paper we have Incorporated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) where the data from Identity proof will be saved in API/ XML/ any database which is being used in the hotel portal. In our research The RPA workflow begins by integrating with hotel's portal and taking the data in API/JPEG/PNG/XML format and extracting data, validating it and securely storing it in the portal database. This integration streamlines check-in procedures, reduces errors, and expedites services for both guests and staff. Our research aims to automate the entire process while maintaining authenticity, validity, and privacy for the hotel industry.
