This paper is intended to explain the implementation of a new concept, the Dynamic Management of Distributed
Cases – DMDC, and to describe its implementation in the Citizen Centric Business Processes of the Liberal Professions
Area. The paper emphasis the existing systems shortcomings and presents a set of standards used for the processes and data
exchange formalization as well the re-usable components for a DMDC - Citizen Centric Solution.
