Paper Title
Traffic Surveillance: Image Processing-Based Tracking and Counting Vehicles in Highway Scenes

Abstract
Abstract - Vehicle identification and control plays an essential and successful role in traffic control systems, where traffic management and safety are the primary concerns. This article discusses how video frames may be used to detect moving vehicles and traffic. Many researches have been done, but there is still a lot of room for growth in this field. A new method for identifying and tracking compounds using Gaussian mixture models and point detection techniques is introduced. This paper examines a vehicle detection approach for traffic surveillance systems. Detecting automobiles is made possible by the use of CCTV cameras in this system. The first stage is always car detection. Keywords - Digital Image Processing, Vehicle Tracking, Traffic of Automatic, Vehicle Detection, and Traffic Management.
